About my work
Web Applications
I became a programmer because I like to do the things myself. I am fluent in several programming languages and have worked with with databases, content management systems and framework solutions. Nowadays web applications are blends of several technologies and standards. So it never gets boring.
New Media Design
I have extensive experience in the creation of web pages, from concept initiation, through design, programming to completion. I have a working knowledge of the possibilities and parameters of the medium in the context of visual literacy. My work is compliant with current W3C industry standards, and SEO friendly.
Animation
It's coming alive! I am a serious flash animator/programmer with training in the laws and principles governing traditional animation. The range of my work extends through dynamic navigations, fluid page design, banners, simulations and toon animation. Software gets things to move - but it needs more to bring motion truly alive.
Logo & Corporate
Define yourself! Logo and Corporate design are ambitious tasks and a great experience for both the artist and the client. Individuality, aim and sustainability, the technical demands of different media, the blend of ratio and emotion make this a supreme design discipline.
Print & Prepress
There is something magic about paper and ink. Working in this old craft gives both client and designer a unique satisfaction. Print design requires a solid foundation of technical and aesthetic knowledge. It is challenging and very different to electronic media.
Drawing & Photography
Drawing and photography are the underlying art forms which provide the foundation for my work. I utilise these skills for inspiration, concept understanding/development, problem solving and idea rendering. The proof of this approach is evident in the visual nature of my work.
